Job summary

SWEP in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Logistics Operator I on 2nd shift to support production by moving materials throughout the plant, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace with attention to detail.

You will operate forklifts, assist with receiving and inventories, prepare goods for shipment, and ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements. Forklift certification and experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift or other lifting devices to transport, load, unload product and materials around the plant.
• Preparation of goods for shipment in advance based upon issued documents.
• Assists in receiving, checking, documenting, and storing incoming products
• Assists in conducting physical inventories
• Perform routine equipment servicing/control, such as attaching a battery charger and checking for safety of operations.
• Responsible for the receipt, recording, and disbursement of materials and supplies.
