Job summary

Daniels Health in Litchfield, IL is hiring a Loader/Unloader for a highly physical, fast-paced role at our medical waste transfer station. The position involves loading and unloading trucks, weighing waste, and preparing orders for transport. This full-time role operates on the 2nd shift (3PM to 11:30PM) with a non-negotiable $23.00 per hour rate.

• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using the weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.

What will your job involve?

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift
