Job summary

The H&K Group is seeking a Loader Operator for the 2nd shift at Plumstead Materials in Doylestown, PA. The role involves operating plant equipment, following MSHA and company safety policies, and supporting production with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work a second shift. Prior loader experience is preferred, with willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a second shift schedule.
• Ability to fit test and use PPE as needed.
• Physical ability to meet job demands.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies.
• Follow start/stop procedures; perform daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Assist crew to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
• Complete daily paperwork and support other duties as assigned.
