Job summary

Bolthouse Fresh Foods in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Lift Truck Operator I to efficiently move materials within the Warehouse, CPG, and Natural Ingredient departments. You will operate electrically powered equipment and utilize Red Prairie WMS to relocate materials safely and efficiently.

The role requires forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, strong English reading/writing skills, and the willingness to work 2nd shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Forklift certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• History of safe vehicle operation and clean driving record verified by background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, high reach, quad-mast, pallet jacks to move materials.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections.
• Use RF scan gun connected to VMU to track materials as moved.
• Rotate materials to ensure proper aging.
• Unload, transport, and store incoming materials using WMS (Red Prairie).
• Perform other duties to support business needs.
