Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics in the United States (Kentucky region) seeks a Sequence Team Lead to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily goals. You will lead associates, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within your area.

Responsibilities include directing workflow, ensuring SOP and policy compliance, communicating with management and cross-functional teams, and producing manpower and operational updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean and 5S practices.
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams regarding production updates and operational issues.
• Maintain and distribute manpower reports and operational updates.
