Leidy's, a meat manufacturing company in Southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced second shift Lead Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. Maintain positive work relationships with all employees, especially your team. Complete necessary paperwork as required by your manager. Perform all other duties as assigned per the employee handbook, safety rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferably, you have completed an industrial technologies certificate program. You have 3-5 years of progressive technical experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in the meat industry. Knowledge of safety policies, standards, and specifications is essential. Skills in TIG welding on stainless steel, arc and gas welding, electrical systems, and PLCs are a plus. You possess excellent communication skills and leadership ability, prioritize safety, and embrace core values of integrity, quality, respect, safety, and stewardship.
