About The Role:

As a Lead Machine Operator with Midwest Block and Brick, your responsibilities include:

• Safe operation and maintenance of sophisticated, computerized manufacturing machinery.
• Reporting all necessary information to the Plant Manager.
• Using equipment and tools according to manufacturing specifications.
• Taking various measurements to monitor processes and ensure quality production.
• Machine maintenance and setup.
• Cleaning machinery.
• Operating a forklift.

We Require:

• A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power, transmission, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Note: Offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test and physical exam.*
