Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Cleaner in Wilson, NC to lead an assigned building, ensure cleanliness, and supervise daily custodial operations from 4PM to 12AM, Monday through Friday, with on-the-job training.

The role pays $22 per hour and requires supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach to client service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Strong sense of urgency and deadline focus.
• Able to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities of the department.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract are being satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned

Pay rate: $22 per / hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 4PM - 12AM
