The Role

Responsible for activities performed in the Department. Establishes and maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly supervises 1-10 employees within the production department(s).
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
