Job summary

Valley View Care Center in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Laundry Aide to sort, wash, and deliver linen. You will count processed amounts, assist with unit deliveries, and keep work areas clean and safe. The role starts with competitive hourly wages and benefits supporting your health, time off, and career growth.

Full-time, 2nd shift, and rotating weekends are available. You should be able to lift up to 30 pounds and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linen, load and unload washers and dryers.
• Operate computer-operated washers and dryers according to operating procedures.
• Sort and fold clean linen accurately and in a timely manner.
• Place clean linen in a delivery cart and deliver to appropriate units.
