Valley View Retirement Community is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to support daily laundry operations in our residential community. This part-time role runs 2PM–10PM, six days per pay period, with every other weekend and holiday rotation, ensuring residents always have clean linens.

You’ll perform daily laundry tasks, sort and weigh items, apply stain treatment, operate equipment, and prepare and deliver clean laundry to residents while maintaining a safe, sanitary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily laundry tasks in accordance with established procedures
• Collect, sort, and weigh soiled linens, garments, and personal items
• Identify and separate items requiring special stain treatment
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Press and iron garments as needed
• Fold, stack, hang, and distribute clean laundry and linens to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary laundry environment
• Ensure an adequate supply of linens is available at all times
