Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a General Production Worker for Irvine, CA. The role involves operating and maintaining production machines, cross-training across dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping, and assisting in laser welding to ensure welded product quality.

The position requires English communication, reliability, and flexibility to work across shifts, with onsite duties and potential temporary relocation within our facilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of machine operator experience.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Familiarity with eye loupe, deburr tools, and microscope for inspection.
• Experience in general labor, packaging, production, and hand tool use.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines and equipment.
• Cross-train in areas such as dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping.
• Assist in laser welding, ensuring the quality of welded products.
• Perform radius grinding, material picking, laser welding, open arbor cutting, and laser stamping.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a keen eye for detail.
• Communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
