Job summary

Cohesive Components is seeking a full-time laminator operator in Cincinnati, OH to join a manufacturing team. The role involves laminating materials, applying pressure-sensitive adhesives, blocking and slitting materials, and ensuring process quality.

Responsibilities include following routers, recording data, adhering to safety guidelines, and coordinating with the Team Leader to meet daily goals. Candidates should be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow job router instructions for material conversion.
• Record data accurately.
• Understand specifications for PSA and materials.
• Follow safety usage guidelines for PSA and other adhesives.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of tools and area.
• Understand operations across related work centers.
• Participate in daily SQDIP meetings and track goals.
• Coordinate daily schedule with the Team Leader.
• Ensure quality processes are followed.
• Communicate job router or standard work issues to the Team Leader.
• Count PSA stock levels for weekly review.
• Keep work center area clean and organized.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Area/Team Leader.
