Job summary

Inland Packaging is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Associate in La Crosse, WI to operate equipment and prepare printed labels for shipment. You will inspect and package products to customer specs and support the production line to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role includes cross-training across production areas and contributing to teamwork to hit daily goals. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a willingness to learn new tech and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers.

• Assist Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Cross-train in other roles across the production environment.
• Problem solving issues that arise.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and company goals.
