Precision Castparts is seeking a Knockout Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm) in Painesville, OH. The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing; supervisory experience is a plus. Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Prefer 1–3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Able to work flexible hours with a history of dependable attendance.
• Demonstrates strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Capable of balancing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Check all tags for proper identification.
• Knock out mold with automatic air hammer, hand, water blast.
• Start routing card process.
• Cut-off castings, trim excess gatings.
• Lift and dump 55-gallon barrels containing molds.
• Visually inspect work for obvious defects.
• Record on a daily basis all work performed by operational codes.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and in safe condition, following all safety rules.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
