A leading company in premium proteins is seeking a trailer operator to manage trailer transfers within their processing area. The position requires operating jockey trucks, updating management systems, and performing vehicle inspections. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and basic operational skills.

This role involves transferring full trailers from holding areas to the processing area and moving empty trailers to designated parking spaces. Regular rotation to other departmental positions may be required. A CDL license may or may not be required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic reading and writing skills. Valid Class D driver’s license. Forklift certification obtained through company training. A CDL license may be required.
Work outdoors year-round in seasonal temperatures with noise exposure up to 96.2 dB and light intensity less than 5' candles. In plant environments, exposure includes wet and moist floors, metal and plastic grating surfaces, temperatures from 28°F to 100°F, and humidity up to 100%. Handling product at 25°F to 50°F. Noise ranges from 50 dB to 110 dB. Exposure to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in poultry processing. Must wear protective equipment as directed. Occasional exposure to vapors like carbon dioxide and chlorine. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 35-65 lbs., reach, bend, push, and operate standup lifts for over 9 hours.
