Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations on the 2nd shift in Stevens Point, WI. This role focuses on coordinating staff, mentoring employees, and ensuring quality while adhering to infection control guidelines.

You will perform detail cleaning, supervise performance, train staff, and coordinate access-restricted areas. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR, reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience with performing administrative tasks is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Detail cleaning e.g., corners and edges, door jambs and hard to reach surfaces
• Positively interacts with each employee in assigned area on a regular basis
• Encourages, redirects, corrects, and documents employee performance as appropriate
• Aids co-workers as appropriate to meet customer demands and appropriate timelines; coordinates cleaning of restricted access areas to perform necessary cleaning
• Trains employees into specialized areas and periodic assignments and documents training
