Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Janitorial Lead in Old Hickory, TN to oversee day-to-day custodial operations. You will manage a team, schedule and direct tasks, and ensure the facility meets client standards.

The role is on-site with Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm shifts. On-the-job training is provided and compensation is $16 per hour, with opportunities for growth and reliable hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in custodial services.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Strong time-management, sense of urgency, and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities of the department.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.
