Job summary

Skills Inc. in Auburn, WA is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean and orderly conditions across offices, shop and common areas on a full-time, second-shift basis. The role pays $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with a $1.25 shift differential for the 2nd shift.

Candidates should read and follow simple instructions and work well independently or as part of a team. This position requires high school education, basic math, and may involve handling cleaning agents and maintaining daily

Qualifications

• High school education and one year relevant janitorial experience.
• Experience in safe handling / cleaning of bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains offices, shop, restrooms, and lunch areas.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, polishes and maintains floors.
• Washes walls, windows, door panels, and sills as needed.
• Empties wastebaskets, garbage containers, and recycling.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and reports shortages.
• Keeps outside of building and parking lot clean.
