Job summary

Drexel Building Supply in Campbellsport, Wisconsin, is seeking a Replenishment Specialist for the 2nd shift to ensure our yard stays stocked and efficient. You will support forward-picking locations, coordinate with the Order Pickers, and help keep inventory accurate through regular cycle counts and audits.

The role emphasizes proactive replenishment, quick unloading of returns, and clear communication with the Inventory team to sustain yard velocity and customer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience with proactive replenishment and inventory control.
• Ability to perform regular cycle counts and location audits.
• Capable of processing returns and unloading goods from trucks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively replenish primary picking locations from backstock or overstock.
• Manage stock rotation, consolidate partial units, and perform cycle counts.
• Handle returns and unload from delivery trucks to support fast turnarounds.
• Coordinate liquidation and keep the liquidation pile under control with the Inventory team.
• Assist in racking moves and ERP updates, including labeling and team communication.
• Maintain yard organization, cleanliness and safety standards.
