The role emphasizes cycle counting, data accuracy, and close collaboration with SAP, Finance, and Manufacturing. The package includes medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, holidays, FSA, life and disability coverage, plus a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience with inventory cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with stock accuracy auditing and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and solve problems.
• Experience with SAP and data entry tasks; RF scanners helpful.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAP, Finance, and Manufacturing to support WM.
• Document SAP Warehouse Management procedures.
• Maintain SAP inventory accuracy and respond to audits.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports on cycle counts and movement errors.
• Resolve quantity discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with yearly physical inventory.
