Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated Inspector/Packer to support automotive manufacturing operations on a 2nd shift schedule in Crestline, OH. This temporary-to-hire role offers a pathway to direct hire based on performance and business needs.

The position involves inspecting, assembling, sorting, and packaging parts, with a rotating 3 days/4 days schedule and wages of $19.00 per hour. Contingent employees support production, quality, and warehouse activities while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and safety-consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities.
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
