Job summary

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking an Inspector (PDI) for the Lafayette, Indiana area to verify accessory installations and functional checks on each vehicle. You will inspect lights, doors, locks, windows, and labels, ensuring defect-free units move to the next stage.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work OT and weekends in all weather. This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on vehicle inspection within a collaborative

Responsibilities

• Use scanners to verify correct parts are installed.
• Install required labels and work with the team to meet quality goals.

Inspector ( PDI) 2nd shift 430pm-1am Car Enthusiasts Wanted for Accessory Installer Positions! If you love working with and around new vehicles and thrive in a high energy environment, then Wallenius Wilhelmsen could be the place for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• PDI employees inspect functionality of lights, doors, locks, windows, and other accessory items.
• Perform external/internal visual checks for damage sending defect free vehicles to the next check.
• Perform function checks as required for every button, light, safety functions, and other functions for each vehicle.
• Utilize scanner to ensure correct pieces are placed in vehicle.
• Install required labels.
• Work within a team setting to meet production and quality expectations.
