Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inject low-pressure ceramic cores.
• Follow engineering procedures to complete steps.
• Maintain quality and standards.
• Prepare dies for injection.
• Obtain slurry, inject cores, and remove from die.
• Place cores in alcohol bath as required.
• Burn off the excess alcohol.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect cores per Engineering procedure.
• Report all problems to Supervision, Maintenance or Engineering as required.
• Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
