Job summary

Peak Plastics LLC in White Pigeon, Michigan is seeking a 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator to oversee molding machines, ensure part quality, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. This full-time role runs 2nd shift from 4:00PM to 2:00AM, Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for growth.

You will operate and monitor injection molding equipment, inspect parts for conformance, document production data, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines.
• Inspect molded parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Record production data and complete necessary documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with line clearance and clean-up procedures.
• Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors.
