Job summary

AMT is seeking a 2nd shift Injection Molding Operator in Ohio to run molding machines, prepare molds, and inspect parts in a clean environment. Earn a $20.50/hr wage with a $500 sign-on bonus after orientation. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3:45pm–12:15am. Strong focus on quality, safety, and accurate paperwork.

Minimum qualification is a High School Diploma or equivalent. Training includes cross-functional activities and potential background checks. Benefits and PTO are offered by AMT.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written/scheduled instructions.

Responsibilities

• Remove molded components from the mold after cycle completion.
• Prepare cores and mold for next cycle.
• Test parts during machine cycle to specifications.
• Inspect parts for integrity during cycling.
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Follow instructions and procedures accurately and precisely.
• Cross-functional training as required.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
