Qualifications

• English communication: understand oral and written instructions.
• Safety rules: share information between shifts and with internal customers.
• Reasoning: resolve problems involving part and equipment variation.
• Computer skills: record data and communicate electronically.
• Mathematical skills: cycle counting and weight calculations.
• Attendance: available for Saturdays and beyond normal hours.
• Teamwork: work well with people.
• Ability to read gauges (micrometer, depth gauge, calipers).
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect components and stage them per standard work.
• Lift and mix resin-based materials up to 50 lbs.
• Generate production paperwork and maintain it through runs.
• Startup/shutdown line with supervision.
• Perform basic quality inspections of molded components.
• Follow ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines for product quality.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Keep multiple tasks running mold machines productively and compliant.
• Notify personnel of equipment abnormalities.
• Support Lean initiatives including 5S.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
