Job summary

Berner International is seeking an Industrial Wiring Specialist on the 2nd shift in New Castle, PA. You will assemble and wire air curtain units, handle 110v–600v work, read diagrams, and ensure quality during production. The role requires teamwork, safety, and attention to detail in a busy manufacturing setting.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift and a starting wage of $19.80 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. Benefits are included per company policy.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical wiring, industrial experience preferred
• Must be able to use a tape measure
• Power and air tools
• Must be able to read and interpret visual and written production procedures
• Ability to read wire diagrams
• Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Complete the assembly and wiring of various air curtain units
• Read and follow wiring harness instructions
• Check voltage and operate units to ensure proper function
• Troubleshoot as needed and maintain quality checks
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and team-based performance
