Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with industrial paints (enamel, zinc, carboline, amerlock, epoxy) and thinners.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste handling, storage documentation, and environmental safety practices.
• Knowledge of material preparation, mixing, and equipment.
• Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math (high school level).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Good hand dexterity for production tasks.
• Active participation in Continuous Improvement Team is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply various types of industrial paints and solvents to units and components using proper mixing/applications.
• Perform mixing procedures to specifications and paint units/components.
• Perform hydro testing.
• Housekeeping and other duties as required.
