Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Tampa, FL to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on blow mold equipment, production machinery and facility systems. You will ensure safety compliance and follow Good Manufacturing Practices while supporting plant operations.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizers and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses; inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment and keep machines in optimal condition.
• Weld, fabricate and repair various machines and troubleshoot to locate root problems.
