Qualifications

- Ability to work autonomously and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Experience with welding or machining is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus; bilingual Spanish is valued but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and conveyor system issues.
- Analyze equipment performance to identify root causes of failures.
- Improve productivity by quick, effective repairs.
- Maintain maintenance records in CMMS with accurate history.
- Manage parts inventory and essential maintenance supplies.
- Collaborate with production to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
