Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our second-shift production team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the machinery and electrical systems that keep our manufacturing operation running.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety and dependable repairs, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability. You will follow drawings and manuals, inspect motors and controls, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, manuals, and work orders.
• Familiarity with electrical measuring devices and standard maintenance tools.
• Ability to diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, and complete repairs safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, electrical equipment, and plant power systems.
• Follow work orders, drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and verbal instructions.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs while minimizing production downtime.
• Inspect and service motors, controls, wiring, bearings, brushes, commutators, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
• Maintain electrical supply inventory and request replacement materials as needed.
