Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing client in Toledo, OH. This direct-hire role offers competitive benefits and opportunities to work with advanced equipment.

You will perform start-up/shutdown, troubleshoot PLCs and six-axis robotics, maintain 5S standards, and coordinate with contractors. Five years of manufacturing electrical maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial electrical maintenance.
• Extensive experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Experience working with six-axis robotics and other advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down manufacturing equipment daily.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures including PLCs and six-axis robotics.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for facility equipment.
• Complete in-house projects and document timelines.
• Perform facility repairs and address safety concerns proactively.
• Coordinate with external contractors for projects beyond internal resources.
• Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors.
• Attend pre-shift and post-shift meetings to communicate updates and issues.
• Maintain 5S standards throughout the facility.
• Complete shift notes and maintenance logs as directed by Team Leader/Manager.
