Job Title: Housekeeper

Reports to: Environmental Services Manager

Job Status: Full-Time, Non-exempt

Shift/Hours: 2^nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Hours may vary)

Position Summary:

Clean assigned areas daily to provide a safe and healthy environment for all of the population that use our facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collect all trash and empty in outside dumpster daily
2. Sweep and mop all rooms and common areas daily
3. Clean toilets and sinks daily
4. Sweep and mop bathrooms daily
5. Stock paper and soap dispensers daily
6. Wipe down woodwork as needed
7. Wipe down spills on walls as needed
8. Clean all glass as needed
9. Stock housekeeping cart daily
10. Notify Maintenance for any housekeeping supply needs
11. Use floor scrubber as needed
12. Answer cleanup calls as they arise
13. Vacuum offices and area rugs daily
14. Deep clean areas when needed

Other duties as assigned but not limited to:

Help Head housekeeper/Maintenance as needed

Report any unusual activity to Facilities Manager/Maintenance

Occasionally help with setup/teardown for Events and Rentals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to lift 50lbs, Sweep and mop floors and vacuum.

Willingness to work with others

Maintain housekeeping equipment

Report any safety issues

Must follow all Policies and Procedures of St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care
