Job summary

Key Personnel in Holland, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Production associate for the 2nd shift in the Shipping Dept/Hilo Driver role. This temporary-to-hire position requires operating lift trucks, moving pallets, and supporting production lines to keep lines running.

You will read TS16949 and ISO-14001 procedures, obtain a PIT license, and follow safety rules while maintaining inventory accuracy and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand TS16949 and ISO-14001 procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a PIT License.

Responsibilities

• Operate propane or electric powered forklift and other lifting devices to move products and materials.
• Position forks and lifting devices to load/unload pallets and transport to designated areas.
• Move materials to maintain FIFO and keep work area organized and safe.
• Assist with inventory checks and report shortages to Supervisor.
• Support production lines to keep lines running and assist machinery when needed.
