Xylem AWS Cheektowaga (StandardXchange) Heat Transfer team seeks a 2nd shift assembler to read blueprints and assemble shell and tube heat exchangers for industrial and commercial markets. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and timely delivery within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Formación

• High School Degree or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Must pass a written test.

Responsabilidades

• Receive instructions, prints and/or work orders.
• Plan and perform a wide variety of assembly operations.
• Maintain close tolerance and alignment.
• Rig and operate department crane to handle, move and position parts and/or units.
• Inspect work with gauges to ensure specifications are met.
• Plan and perform gasket cutting operations.
