Job summary

Silver Spring Foods Inc is seeking a Group Lead for our Eau Claire, WI production facility. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with a starting wage of $25 per hour plus shift differential.

You will lead and develop a skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient operations to meet daily production demands and customer needs. This role emphasizes teamwork, proactive problem solving, and strong communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams and promoting teamwork.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in operations.
• Oversee shift transitions, prioritize job orders, staffing and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues before they impact output.
• Foster a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and material flow.
