Job summary

Snappy’s in Clearfield, PA is hiring a 2nd Shift Grille Cook to prepare fresh menu items and serve customers during the afternoon and evening. You’ll cook hot and cold items, handle made-to-order selections, and help keep the grill area swift and inviting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior food service experience is a plus but not required, and a strong focus on food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous retail, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!
• Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Keep Things Ready: Complete food prep, restock supplies, and keep the Grille ready to serve customers throughout your shift.
