Job summary

All Jobs bv is seeking a Grader Operator 2 at our Minnesota facility to manage palletizing, denesting, and product flow from denesting through processing and into the cooler. You will ensure product accuracy, monitor equipment, and coordinate with quality and regulatory partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the denester team, verifying egg types and packaging, printing pallet labels, and training new team members while adhering to GMPs and PPE requirements.

Position Summary

The Grader Operator 2 is responsible for palletizing, denesting, and managing product flow from denesting through processing and out of the cooler. This role ensures product accuracy, equipment monitoring, and coordination with quality and regulatory partners.

Resumen del Puesto:

El Operador de Clasificación Nivel 2 es responsable de paletizar, desanidar (denesting) y gestionar el flujo del producto desde el desanidado, pasando por el procesamiento, hasta su salida del área de refrigeración. Este puesto garantiza la precisión del producto, el monitoreo del equipo y la coordinación con los equipos de calidad y reguladores.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Coordinar con el equipo de denesting durante los cambios de producto para asegurar preparación y precisión
• Monitorear las máquinas de clasificación y reportar o atender problemas operativos según sea necesario
• Verificar el tipo correcto de huevo y empaque durante toda la producción
• Imprimir y gestionar etiquetas de paletizado
• Realizar otras funciones según se asignen
• Capacitar a nuevos miembros del equipo
• Mantener una comunicación constante con los líderes de departamento
• Tener la capacidad de trabajar en múltiples áreas
• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura siguiendo las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), los procedimientos de seguridad y utilizando el Equipo de Protección Personal (PPE) requerido
