Job description

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join our PERRIS DISTRIBUTION TEAM for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) M-F. NEW COMPETITIVE RATES!

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour, including a $2.50 per hour second shift differential, plus monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked.

Enjoy a great weekday M-F schedule with occasional weekend work as needed. This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime.

Requirements include Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification. Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely complete shipping and merging tasks using manual and powered industrial equipment such as stand-up high lift reach trucks, dock stockers, and EPJs
• Merge, package, and prepare product for shipment
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate teamwork
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety
• Use handheld RF units, scanners, and voice devices for task execution
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Sort, label, and store product safely
• Participate in meetings and communicate concerns to management
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies
