Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a General Production Labor for 2nd shift in a fresh plant environment. The role involves hands-on support to production operations, ensuring product flow, quality, and safety according to Tyson policies and food safety standards.

You will perform production tasks, assist with handling and line support, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to safety regulations and allergen controls in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks to support processing, packaging and material handling.
• Assist with product handling, sorting, stacking, and staging as required.
• Maintain continuous product flow to prevent downtime or congestion.
• Monitor product for quality defects and report concerns promptly.
• Assist line operators with setup, changeovers, and general line support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow SOPs and supervisor instructions and Tyson safety policies.
