Tyson Foods is hiring for General Production Labor on the 2nd shift at the Berry Street Facility in Springdale, AR. Hours vary by line. Pay is $16.70 per hour with potential overtime and weekend work.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, lifting 40+ pounds, wearing PPE, and standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment. There are opportunities across general labor openings and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety rules.
• Must be willing to lift 40+ pounds.
• Must stand 8–10 hours daily.
• Must work in damp, cold or hot environments.
• Must wear PPE including ear protection, hair net and beard guard.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules at all times.
• Push, pull, carry and lift 40+ pounds as required.
• Work in damp, cold or hot environments and reach overhead.
• Perform duties of the position with attention to quality and safety.
• Stand for 8–10 hours, with rotations as needed.
• Wear PPE such as ear protection, hair net, beard guard.
• Move around work areas and stairs as required.
• Maintain hand-eye coordination for efficient production.
• Rotate across departments and overtime/weekend availability.
• Potentially cut meat away from the bone using knives or scissors.
