A leading company in the racing equipment sector is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and facilities. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you'll engage in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, contributing to both equipment serviceability and aesthetic upkeep of facilities. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and ideally have vocational training, alongside a teamwork-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
Summary: The primary purpose of this job is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continued operation of all machines, equipment, and building systems.
Shift:Monday - Friday: 2:30pm - 11pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Inspect and diagnose problems related to safe operation of all equipment and systems
Perform routine preventive maintenance of all conveyor, machinery, equipment, and material handling as directed
Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner utilizing the facilities work order system/CMMS
Maintain the serviceability of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas throughout our facilities
Maintain the overall appearance of our facilities both inside and outside
Maintain safe entrances for all during winter months controlling snow and ice conditions
Have ability to work independently and in a team based on the needs of the work order
Other duties to be assigned as needed
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma and/or Technical Vocational School Training. Additional certificates and training a benefit. Familiarity with CMMS is preferred.
