Job summary

Concast Inc. is a leader in precast concrete manufacturing, supplying essential products for infrastructure projects nationwide. The General Laborer - 2nd Shift will prepare and reinforce steel, cut and bend rebar, and assemble components per project specs.

A forklift may be used to move materials; strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential. The role requires following drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Required strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with measuring tools is preferred.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work a second shift.

Responsibilities

• Cut and bend rebar to specified lengths and shapes.
• Operate benders, cutters, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Move materials with forklift as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
