Job summary

Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is hiring General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands-on outdoor work. This role is ideal for reliable workers who don’t mind physical labor and enjoy working outside in all conditions.

You will pick up debris, maintain clean work areas, and assist with basic road/ground repairs while performing vegetation removal and helping crew leaders with site tasks. Safety procedures and hand-tool use are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Experience in outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required).
