Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is hiring General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands-on outdoor work. This role is ideal for reliable workers who don't mind physical labor and enjoy working outside in all conditions.

As a General Laborer, you will pick up debris, assist with road/ground repairs, remove vegetation, clean ditches, and support crew leaders. You must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors year-round, and collaborate safely with the team.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Prior outdoor labor/landscaping/construction experience is a plus.
• Willing to follow directions and work as part of a crew.

What You'll Do

• Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs

• Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks

• Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures
