Job summary

International Paper is hiring for a General Labor position on the 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) at the White Bear Lake Box Facility in White Bear Lake, MN. The role requires operating machinery, reading orders, and performing basic shop math while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidate must be 18+, have a stable work history, and be able to read/write/speak English. Overtime may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered with IP.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a stable work history.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Must be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Safely operate machinery.
• Read factory orders.
• Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment.
• Consistent quality and count inspection of finished product.
• Housekeeping including machinery cleaning and scrap removal.
• Complete quality and administrative checks with accuracy.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
