Job summary

Maker's Pride is hiring for multiple general labor openings at our Illinois facilities. Prior manufacturing experience isn’t required; a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team are key. You may mix products, weigh materials, package, or supply lines, always following GMP rules and safety policies.

Overtime and shift expectations vary by location. Starting pay is $19.55 per hour with a second-shift differential where offered, and a comprehensive benefits package is available for full-time

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or the willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintains works area in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
