Job summary

Tyson Foods, Seguin Plant in Seguin, TX is seeking entry level General Labor for 2nd shift with a new pay rate of $17.20 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site position starting in the afternoon, with a focus on safety and efficient line operation.

Responsibilities include backing up transfer machines, hanging birds by both legs, and adjusting line speed to keep eviscerating lines full. Applicants must provide SSN for employment verification, and may be required to pass background checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Backs-up transfer machines and hangs birds into eviscerating shackles.
• Hang birds by both legs and remove one-legged birds from the line.
• Adjust line speed to prevent pile-up and keep eviscerating lines full.
• Operate light system that communicates with live hangers.
