Job summary

Allegiance-Industries in Indiana is seeking a dependable 2nd shift general cleaner for a manufacturing facility. Shift is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. You will sweep, vacuum, mop floors, empty trash, and clean restrooms, among other duties.

Mix cleaning agents, move heavy items, and report potential repairs as needed. Requirements include physical stamina and dexterity, ability to detect safety hazards, reliable transportation, and the ability to follow schedules and supervisor

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Collect and empty trash; clean and service restrooms.
• Mix cleaning agents according to specifications.
• Move heavy equipment, objects, or furniture as needed.
• Identify repairs and report to maintenance staff.
• Possible floor work such as carpet steam cleaning, waxing, buffing.
